"I've never been a big online review writer, but I felt I needed to share the experience I had with Pinnacle. I inquired about a used bike I wanted to buy as my first bike. I love the bike as I hoped I would. I quickly realized I enjoyed riding and that I was in need of a slightly bigger bike with more power. At this time I have only made 2 payments on my bike, and Scotty was able to take my bike in on trade, pay it off, and get me the true bike of my dreams, a new Suzuki GSXR 750. Scotty Zee and I traded e-mails three or four times, got the numbers right, and bam the deal was done in a few hours. Having been in the retail automotive industry for the past fifteen years, and the last decade-plus as an Internet Sales Director and GM for a large dealer group, I appreciate communication and service above all else, and Scotty delivered in spades.
